This website presents the Chatsuccess.ai brand and an interactive product concept. It stores the details you choose to submit through its forms. The sample inbox does not connect to real customer messages or a live AI service.
Information you choose to share
Contact and demo forms collect your name, email, company, topic, message, and any preferred demo date you provide. The Get started form records your interest and selected plan, if any. Newsletter registration stores your email address and the time you agreed to receive updates. These records are stored in protected form files on this hosting account.
How those details are used
Submitted information is used to review your inquiry, understand product interest, and manage requested updates. A confirmation means your submission was saved; it does not mean an email has been delivered or an appointment has been confirmed. We do not sell information collected by these forms.
What stays in your browser
If you personalize a sample workspace, its company label may be saved in local storage on your device. You can remove it using the Clear saved workspace button on the demo page or your browser settings. Sample messages and conversation status changes remain in memory and are cleared by a reload or the Reset sample workspace control.
Cookies, assets, and external links
This version does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Website photography and fonts are bundled locally. Links to other websites, your email application, or your phone application are governed by the relevant service’s own terms and privacy practices.
Operational information
The server uses limited, temporary request information for rate limiting and basic operation. Your hosting provider may also keep access logs under its own configuration. Submitted form records remain stored until the site operator removes them; there is no automatic retention schedule in this version.
Your choices
You may ask the site operator to access, correct, or delete your submitted details by sending a request through the contact page. To withdraw newsletter interest, use the contact form with the topic Newsletter removal and the email address you registered. Identity may need to be checked before a record is changed.
